Within the framework of cooperation between the Azerbaijan Standardization Institute (AZSTAND) and the "Support to Entrepreneurs in the Field of Beauty" Public Union, training was held for entrepreneurs operating in the field of beauty.
On December 14-15, ISO 10002:2018 "Quality management. Customer satisfaction. An experienced specialist of the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) was invited to the training held on the international standard "Guidance document on the management of complaints in the organization".
The participants of the training were informed about the procedures for the requirements of the international standard, the review and management of incoming complaints for the purpose of ensuring customer satisfaction, increasing and improving the knowledge and skills of personnel in the operation of beauty salons, implementing educational measures, and improving mutual relations between the organization, consumers and interested organizations. given.
Entrepreneurs working in the field of beauty and representatives of AZSTAND participated in the training.
