The first conference of Azerbaijani beauty salon entrepreneurs, organized by the "Public Union for Support of Entrepreneurs in the Beauty Service Sector" (GXSSD), has successfully concluded in Baku. The event brought together more than 150 beauty salon entrepreneurs, representatives of government agencies and sector experts to discuss current problems and future development prospects for the beauty industry.

"Olaylar" reports that the conference has become an important platform for beauty salon entrepreneurs to identify strategic development paths and solve existing problems in the sector. The following topics were in the spotlight within the framework of the event:

* Statistical Data: The current state and development potential of the beauty salon sector in Azerbaijan were analyzed.

* Main Problems: Issues such as tax burden, difficulties with licensing, limited vocational training opportunities and lack of standards for the sector were brought to the agenda.

* Proposals and Solutions: Proposals were put forward to strengthen cooperation with government agencies and improve legislation.

* Women's Entrepreneurship: The role of women in the business world, their importance in economic and social development were emphasized.

Representatives of state institutions attended the event. They emphasized the need for reforms in the sector and the importance of state support.

Elnara Nahmadova, the chairwoman of GXSSD, made a speech and stated that our goal as the Association is to support the development of the sector and strengthen salon owners with strategic and modern approaches. The steps to be taken in cooperation with state institutions will shed light on the future of the sector.

The conference concluded with the establishment of new partnerships among the participants and a discussion of future action plans.

At the end of the event, the importance of strengthening cooperation between the state and private sectors for the development of beauty salons was once again emphasized.
